I like this place, been plenty of times never been disappointed very consistent sometimes there's a bit of a wait at lunch times but they move as fast as they can and you usually get some good service, the sandwiches are big tasty and toasty, l love the peppers they put on the sandwich and usually get a wreck,, and don't forget one of the employee recommended shakes there usually good too.

Potbelly has a decent selection of sandwiches. I usually opt for the Mediterranean with chicken, it has tons of veggies and humus which makes for a messy but tasty sandwich. I've also had the mushroom melt which I find to be a bit on the bland side, it needs a little something to it and I haven't quite figured out what yet! They also have pretty good shakes, they aren't to die for but they aren't bad and come with two very cute shortbread cookies on the straw which is a nice touch.

So I went to get a salad from here today. Walked in and placed my order and waited. A few minutes later a group of people came in and ordered sandwiches. Their sandwiches were made, they were being rung up and I still was waiting for my salad. When I inquired about it all I got was a dumb blank stare from the person behind the counter. I left and won't be coming back.

Not a bad sub shop. 5.90 for a decent size lunch sub. Hot peppers are great on the sub's. Service was a little slow today, but I don't fret that stuff as sub is good enough to overcome a tad wait while they catch up. Shakes are okay, quality good, cost a bit much. Overall a great sub and a sandwich shop in my sandwich shop rotation.

I'll never go here again. Just stopped here for a quick lunch & ordered the veggie salad. They don't list the ingredients on the menu, so I guess it's my fault for not asking for an ingredient rundown, but the "veggie" salad is loaded with eggs so I'm unable to eat the lunch I had to pay for. They handed me a paper ingredient list at the register, but that's not too helpful AFTER I had to pay for a lunch I couldn't eat. Now I have to spend more money to find another place in this neighborhood that has an actual vegetarian salad option.

I have never experienced such slow delivery service in my life! Granted this order was placed during lunch on a weekday so I was already expecting it to be slightly delayed, but it should not take TWO hours from the time it was ordered to when it was actual delivered to get here! We placed our order online at approximately 11:45 and it was 1:45 on the button when the driver finally showed up. The ticket on the sandwich said the order was ready for delivery at 12:45 so of course this added hour delay only made my once hot "Sammie" cold now. I would be on the phone right now chewing out their ear, but as my boss was the one who treated us today for lunch I will just leave my two cents here. If Jimmy Johns are the "Freaky Fast" delivery guys then Potbelly are the "Seriously Sadly Slow" delivery guys. From now on I will stick to the Double J when I want a sandwich delivered.

We ordered from this restaurant for the first time for our business lunch. Sandwiches were ordered with 'everything'. Apparently that means all the hot peppers in the midwest. I like spicy food but my mouth and throat were burned for hours. All I could taste was hot pepper. Service was nice and fast.

This review is for this location only, I love the turkey sand which. Their cookies and brownies are awesome and the soup is okay but..... My 3 star review was mostly because this location really ticked me off... I ordered soup, no crackers or spoon given and mostly this is because the kids behind the counter were so busy chatting, the cashier was rushing to get me outta there to continue his conversation! I will give them another try I guess maybe if I am too far from the Evergreen location but wow was I mad. I was for my sick little man and he has to have his oyster crackers!

The mushroom melt with potato salad (on the sandwich before it's toasted) is a fat vegetarian's paragon of a fast food meal. Trust.

The Mediterranean sandwich is always a good lunch! Add the hot peppers for a spicy kick. The service is always fast for a quick lunch.

Potbelly is what you get if you combine Jimmy Johns with Which Wich. One problem I have here is the fact that while they have fountain beverages, they put a cooler RIGHT at the start of the line, complete with pop in. Only to find that when you get to the end of the line, you could have gotten a fountain drink for cheaper! Otherwise, the sandwiches are good, and the occasional live music is a nice touch. If you are in the mood for a nice sandwich, stop in, you won't be disappointed.

YUM. I'm not sure what it is about Potbelly's sandwiches, but when I get a craving for one, I've GOT to have one! I really like that you can order "thin-cut" bread (not to be confused with the Skinnys) to knock an easy 100 calories off your sandwich. This location is LOUD and very busy during lunch and the parking lot can be a nightmare during the rush periods...keep your eyes peeled until you're safely back on Woodward!

This is a great little Potbelly's. I've enjoyed every meal here and the staff is very friendly and helpful. For those not familiar with the chain, lots of soup and sandwich options with "skinny" options on most things - you can get the T-K-Y on thin cut bread or the skinny roast beef and have a relatively healthy meal, not what you'd expect for a place called potbelly :) Service can be slow because it tends to be a busier location.

I love a good sandwich, but Potbelly is nothing special. I had a hard time hearing the guy taking my order due to the regular noise level plus some lunch time live music. My sandwich was decent but it was just a sandwich. Maybe I shouldn't expect to be wowed? Also, I missed that they offer fountain drinks, as they have a cooler at the beginning of the order line, which lead me to believe that this was their only drink offerings. Only after I had ordered did I notice the fountains across the room at the end of the line. The place is very busy for lunch and getting a table can be a challenge.

Great Value and a good sandwich, quick and easy in and out. If you have bee there you know what I mean. The any issue is the parking the mall is alway busy so you need to know that getting a spot will be the hardest park of the visit.

I fell in deep like with Potbelly when I lived in Chicago and worked right across the street from their original location. So, I was overjoyed when they expanded and brought their yummy sandwiches to Michigan. I go slightly off the menu and order a ham and provolone. Call me simple, but I just finish it off with lettuce, tomato, and mayo. You know what makes these subs one of the best in town? It's a combination of the fresh bread and their toasting technique. Jimmy Johns and Subway don't come anywhere near the tasty goodness of Potbelly's. Finish your meal off with a zesty dill pickle and a shake and you'll be happy all day. I must add that the staff is always friendly and full of smiles.

I have been a big Potbelly fan for a while now, in fact, I worked there a few years ago, and it was always great! I started going to this location a few months ago, when I moved to the area. I've actually sort of become a regular, and this place is a 2 way tie for my fav "corporate" sandwich shops, the other being Penn Station. The sandwiches are awesome, and while it doesn't seem like there's a lot of room to deviate from the standard menu, I've learned(As a former employee) how to make the perfect sandwich, and having explained that to the staff, they usually always oblige to switch things up for me to make it great for me. I know it does get rather busy during standard lunch hours, but the live guitarist does make it more enjoyable. I would say if you wanna try something a little different in a sandwich shop, make your way north of 13, on Woodward and check it out! Cheers!

I really like this place. Whether you get your sandwich full meat and full bread or have it skinny (my fav). Just make sure to get it with everything on it. Just delish. Don't forget the sugar cookie for dessert. Yummy and chewy and just $1.09. Really? You can't bake it for that!!

How cool is live local music for lunch? Expect the seats near the music to be taken first. Just right loudness to not inhibit discussion andall folk/singer songwriter is nice for lunch. No wonder this location is always packed. Same great sandwiches and fast service as every location.
